PORTUGUESE MAN-O-WAR
Commonly known as blue bottle, they are found in the warm
areas of the oceans. They can be 165 feet long under water or 50
meters. They are extremely dangerous if you come across one leave
it along even beached like the one in the picture they can sting
as long as they are wet. The circular object on top of the
man-o-war is a gas filled bladder (like a sandwich bag filled
with air) this allows it to move like a sailboat. REMEMBER IF YOU
VACATION ON THE BEACH STAY AWAY FROM BEACHED JELLYFISH!
