Pupa . . . . Adult

The frogs metamorphosis, or the changes of a “little frog” into an adult frog, is now almost complete. The frog is now able to come out of the water, it is also able to eat live animals. One of the last changes of a frogs life is when it's tail is completely absorbed into the rest of it's body. It takes a lot of time for a pupa to develop into a land-dwelling frog. It could take a few weeks, or it may even take several years! Once a frog's metamorphosis, or changes, are complete, the frog has babies, and the whole cycle starts over again.
