Baby turtles

Many of the turtle eggs are eaten by predators such as;
raccoons or lizards. The eggs that remain will hatch in 5 to 10
weeks after they are layed.
Soon the turtles emerge from the sand and head strait for the
open sea.
Although their are many babies, few make it to be adults.
Large sea birds feed on the young sea turtles, large fish are
lurking in the waters they head for, and pollution and waste
fills the water they live in.
The few that do make it to be adults will no doubt reproduce,
and start the life cycle all over again.
