Pythons
The Reticulated Python, a python found in southeast Asia, the
Philippines and the Pacific Islands, is the longest species of
snake in the world. It can be up to 33 feet in length. It lives
in the rainforests and woodlands; near streams and lakes. It may
bite hard enough to sever arteries and tendons. The largest
Reticulated Python ever caught was 28 ft. in length and at least
320 pounds.
