BONES OF THE HUMAN BODY
By: Laura Grove
In order for you or I to sit or
stand without looking like a mound of flubber, we are put
together with a rigid supporting tissue better known as the bone.
The bone consists of a chemical mixture of organic salts, plus
various organic substances. The bone is both hard and elastic.
Bone marrow makes up 2 to 5 percent of a person's body weight.
The following report provides you
with a more detailed description of the Bones
of the Human Body.
