Sixth graders are making and displaying their gingerbread houses as part of the holiday spirit at school. The houses are made of graham crackers fastened to milk cartons with lots of delicious icing. Students add originality by adding decorations (mostly edible) and props to build a yard or community. The houses are displayed in the 5th and 6th circle until they are taken home for the holidays.
