South Hamilton sixth grade students held a Dare Breakfast in the Elementary Lunchroom to host guest speaker (and former South Hamilton student), Heath Hove, who is an Iowa State Highway Patrolman. Candy Anderson and the rest of the kitchen staff served the sixth graders and staff.
Patrolman Hove spoke to the students about his job serving in the Corning area. He showed a tape demonstrating the training routine officers undertake and told of some of his experiences before answering questions from students.
Patrolman Hove is the brother of South Hamilton sixth grader Janessa Hove.
