Brookfield Properties Corporation is a company thatis very stable and strong on its own, but now they are even stronger sincethey are part of Wilshire Associates' Real Estate Securities Index. Now that BPC is part of Wilshire Associates, Wilshire will be there tooffer sulutions to problems that my arise in the company.  This hasbeen a good thing for Brookfield Properties Corporation to have taken partin and they will benefit greatly from it.
