The Spanish I students prepared authentic dishes ranging from soup to side dishes to main entrees. Once all recipes were prepared, the students had the opportunity to taste test all of them. The cooking day allows the students to prepare real Mexican dishes and change their misconceptions about what the cuisine really is like. Above Ana and Dina prepare Papa Chirriones.
