Here the small lift which will make the band room accessible
is on its side being readied for installation.
This elevator is mandated by common sense and state regulations.
Now every room in the new school can be entered by
students confined to a wheel chair.
The switch required modifications to the wall.
The lift is large enough for a wheel chair occupant and a helper.
There is a 750 lb. limit. The state inspector gave approval to the finished
installation on April 21.
