The 2003 HOIAC Fine Arts Festival was hosted by Madrid Community School this year. Participating schools included Baxter, Bondurant-Farrar, Colfax-Mingo, Collins-Maxwell, Colo-Nesco, Gilbert, Madrid, North Polk, Ogden, Roland-Story, West Marshall, and Woodward-Granger in addition to South Hamilton.
Vocalists participating included Afton Holt, Whitney Holt, Ashley Greenfield, Tarin Bell, Kim Jans, Ellen Wagner, Mackenzie Bockwoldt, Brandon Holtan, Gary Gansen, and Alex Walker. South Hamilton instrumentalists were Jamie Lund, Kirk Williams, Lana Soma, Jenna Neuman, Kendra Meyer, Tara Norem, Austin Carlson, Val Krumm, Lynsey Carlson, and Eric Luhman.
