Lorraine Hannah From Scotland Hi! My name is Lorraine Hannah and I am an exchange student from Scotland. I am 18 years old, and a senior at South Hamilton. My host family is Maurine and Sarah Hemphill, in Ellsworth.

In Scotland, I live with my parents and wee brother Graeme in a town called Cumbernauld, which has about 60,000 people in it and is about 10 miles away from Glasgow. I love living near Glasgow because it means there are always new people to meet, and loads of places to go.

In my spare time in Scotland, I usually go to nightclubs, concerts and parties. Here it is totally different - in my spare time here, I go to all of the Hawk and Hawkette games and matches that I can, and I go to the movies a lot more.

At the moment, I am taking AP English, Housing and Yearbook, I am Cadet Teaching with Mrs. Jacoby's class in the elementary, and I am the manager of the Hawkette basketball team.

Although Glasgow and Ellsworth are completely different, I love being here and getting involved in all the things I would never have had a chance to do back home. Although I will be going home in a few months, I will miss South Hamilton and all the people in it a lot.
