Lucie Henry My name is Lucie Henry. I am 15 years old and I am in the 10th grade. I am from France. The name of my town is Cergy; it's approximately 20 miles west of Paris.

In France, I have two brothers. They are 11 and 14 years old. I miss them, and my parents, too. My school was about 1000 students between grades 6 and 9, so I would change schools anyway. The lessons are really different; we have 7 periods in a day and we don't choose our classes.

I prefer school here; it's much fun! When I will go back to France, I will have to do my 10th grade again, but I will go to a school where I can have all my classes in English.

I came here on August 21st, just before school started. I take Algebra 2, America 2, Band, Choir, and Spanish 3. I did cross country; now I'm doing basketball and I will start speech pretty soon.

I'm having a lot of fun and good times in the States.
