South Hamilton Senior Jennifer Smith qualified for the State of Iowa School Administrators Scholarship by being a senior who was selected as the best in center at state solo and ensemble contest. Jennifer then submitted a tape of her solo to a panel of judges who selected four students to perform at the Iowa Bandmasters Convention in Des Moines. One of those four students would be then be awarded the scholarship. South Hamilton is honored that Jennifer was the winner of the State of Iowa School Administrators Scholarship.
